NOTICE CALLING FOR GENERAL COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
Nominations are hereby called for the positions of the General Committee of the Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club, to be elected at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday 19 October 2025.
President (2 year term)
Vice President (2 year term)
Captain (2 year term)
Ordinary General Committee Member (3) (2 year term)
Nominations must be submitted in writing on the approved Nomination Form (available from the Club Office) with the name of candidate and the office for which they are nominating, together with the nominee’s consent. The form must be in the hands of the Club Manager by 5.00pm Sunday 28 September 2025.
Section 6 of the Constitution states the following
“Only Full, Life and Pensioner Members may vote or hold office in the Club”
NOTICE CALLING FOR SUB COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
Nominations are hereby called for the positions of the A&S, Dive, Entertainment, Pool, Darts and Junior Sub Committee (all 1 year terms) to be elected at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday 19 October 2025.
Nominations must be submitted in writing on the approved Nomination Form (available from the Club Office) with the name of candidate and the subcommittee for which they are nominating, together with the nominee’s consent. The form must be in the hands of the Club Manager by 5.00pm Sunday 28 September 2025.
CALLING FOR NOTICE OF MOTION
All notice of motion for consideration at the Annual General Meeting being held on Sunday 19 October 2025 must be submitted to the Club Manager by 5.00pm on Sunday 28 September 2025. Any motions received will be posted on the Club’s notice board, website and newsletter.
